FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS  (FAQs)

We know from experience that having your car become damaged in a collision is quite stressful, and it forces many people to seek out answers to questions that prior to their accident, they'd never had to research.  We want to make your experience as informed and professional as possible, so we've compiled the following list of questions that are asked most often.  Don't see your question answered below? Contact us by phone or email and we'll be more than happy to assist you with your questions and concerns.

  1. Do you provide estimates?
Yes! We provide estimates every day and work closely with insurance companies as well as individuals. We do not require an appoint for an estimate-- you can walk-in during business hours and we'll do the rest! For more information about estimating services, click here.
  2. Do you work with insurance companies only?
While we do work with a lot of insurance companies, we also work with individuals in situations where the insurance companies are not involved. Contact us today and we'll see how we can assist you.
  3. Do you offer paintless dent removal?
Got a dent which doesn't need paint? Contact us for information on a mobile Paintless Dent Removal service. The service comes to you with no need for bringing the vehicle into the shop. Safe, quick, and convenient! Call today for more information. We have partnered with local professionals who are available using a mobile paintless dent removal service.
  4. How long will my car be in the shop?
It varies in each situation. This question gets asked a lot, and the answer varies from vehicle to vehicle. Many times a repair or paint job will go out the door without instance and we're able to get your car back to you in a short time. However, there are times when issues arise that are outside our control, such as insurance matters,  part availability, or or other issues that may delay repairs. We'll be sure to communicate any issues that delay your vehicle's completion and keep you well informed throughout the entire process.
  5. Do I have to make an appointment?
No. We accept walk-ins as well as scheduled appointments on Saturdays. While we'd love to be able to honor daily appointments scheduled in advance, since unlike most of our competitors, we value the need for customers to be able to walk-in without an appointment, we may be assisting unexpected customers at the time of a scheduled appointment. Therefore, tho we try our best to keep any scheduled appointment we make, we will be sure we get to you as soon as we are available.
  6. Can I have my vehicle towed to your shop?
Yes. We have room on our property to have your vehicle dropped off by towing services. Likewise, we have an on-site key dropbox to securely leave your vehicle keys after hours. We do ask that you secure your vehicle as best you can if dropping off after hours or towing to our location after hours.
  7. I have been asked to submit a Service Authorization Form-- Where can I find that?
You may download and print the authorization form here.

We're adding common questions to this listing all the time. If you want to see your question listed here, feel free to contact us and we'll add it to the listing above.
